Desi Creator Hub ("the App") is developed and maintained by Pawan Buwa. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not require you to create an account and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, or email address) on our own servers.
However, the App uses third-party services that may collect limited technical data automatically:
- Google AdMob (Advertising): Used to show rewarded video ads (e.g. to unlock watermark removal). AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, and general device/app usage information to serve and measure ads. This data is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini API (AI Content Generation): When you generate a post, the App sends a short text prompt (e.g. "Good Morning wishes in Hindi") to Google's Gemini API to generate caption text. No personal information is included in these prompts beyond what you type yourself (e.g. a birthday name, if you choose to enter one).
2. Permissions Used by the App
- Notifications: To send you daily Good Morning / Good Night post reminders.
- Exact Alarms: To schedule the daily notifications at the correct time.
- Storage (on older Android versions): To save generated images to your device's gallery when you tap "Download".
- Internet: Required to generate AI content and to show ads.
All permissions are used solely to provide the App's core features. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the services listed above.
3. Data Storage
Your language, theme, and style preferences are stored locally on your device only. Generated images are saved directly to your device's photo gallery and are not uploaded to or stored on any server we control.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
