Smart Hisab-Kitab is built with an offline-first architecture:
- Financial & Transaction Data: All your expenses, incomes, and "Udhar Khata" details entered manually are stored entirely and securely on your local device storage.
- Voice Input Feature: The "Bolke Add Karein" voice feature utilizes your device's built-in microphone and local speech recognition system to convert voice commands into text. We do not store, record, or transmit your audio clips to any external servers.
2. Data Storage & Security
Your data stays with you. We do not upload your personal financial records, transaction histories, or contact lists to any cloud databases or servers maintained by us. The security of your data relies on your device's built-in security features.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our app. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our app and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
4. Your User Controls
You retain complete control over your information:
- You can view, edit, or delete any entry directly inside the app at any time.
- You can export your database as a local CSV backup via the app settings.
- Uninstalling the application will permanently clear all local data stored by the app on your device.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed towards children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
